By accessing or using DOOD, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to your use of the DOOD application and related services.
DOOD is provided by Farfaraway Co., Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
DOOD is a lightweight AI journal that allows you to select a photo from your day, generate a crayon-style illustration from that photo, add journal text, save the result locally on your Device, and share selected content if you choose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Farfaraway Co., Ltd. is not liable for damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
We may update prices, subscription plans, features, or Service policies from time to time in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
Farfaraway Co., Ltd. grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and use DOOD for personal use in accordance with these Terms.
This license applies to the App itself and does not transfer ownership of DOOD, its software, design, branding, or other proprietary materials to you.
“You” refers to the individual using DOOD.
Violation of these Terms may result in restriction or termination of access to the Service.
