This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Farfaraway Co., Ltd. (“we,” “our,” “us,” or the “Company”) handles information when you use DOOD (“DOOD,” the “App,” or the “Service”).

DOOD is a lightweight AI journal that lets you select a photo from your day, transform it into a crayon-style illustration, add a short journal entry, and keep the result as a personal daily record.

DOOD is designed with privacy as a core principle. Your journal entries, generated illustrations, and locally saved journal data are stored on your Device and are not stored on Farfaraway Co., Ltd.’s servers as part of DOOD’s journal functionality.

To generate an illustration, a photo you choose is temporarily transmitted to a third-party AI provider as described below. Limited technical, analytics, account, purchase, and subscription information may also be processed when the relevant features are enabled.

1. Information We Process

DOOD may be used without creating an account unless a sign-in feature is introduced or required for a specific feature.

We distinguish between Private Journal Content, AI Generation Data, and limited information processed in connection with operation of the App.

A. Private Journal Content

DOOD may allow you to create or use:

• Photos you select from your Device.
• AI-generated illustrations created from those photos.
• Text you write in journal entries.
• Dates associated with your journal entries.
• Other journal information you choose to include.

Your journal entries, generated illustrations, and locally saved journal data are stored locally on your Device.

Farfaraway Co., Ltd. does not store your Private Journal Content on its servers as part of DOOD’s journal functionality.

B. AI Generation Data

To create a crayon-style illustration, DOOD sends the photo you choose to an external generative AI provider, such as OpenAI, for processing.
